Jordan Fagundes is a Business Administration major with a concentration in Accounting at San Jose State University. He has a strong interest in business technology, business finance, and helping companies perform better through the use of technology.
Before deciding to take the path of business, he spent several years at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, studying electrical engineering, where he was able to learn about circuit design, radio communication, and logical programming of hardware.
At Cal Poly, he was hired as a student assistant working in the Information Technology department, where he learned how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage enterprise computer systems through tools such as Jamf and Active Directory, and provide professional customer support in a fast-paced environment. Through this role, he developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technology requests were handled efficiently and securely.
Jordan is currently fluent in English and is eager in his journey of learning Chinese. He has always had an interest in learning about a wide range of topics and is eager to explore new ideas and deepen his understanding across diverse fields.
His hobbies include designing new projects in the world of computing, playing video games, and researching new technologies that he can put to use. A current project that he is interested in is an automatic car charger that will automatically plug his car in once driving into a garage.
He also enjoys working on small personal development projects that allow him to combine creativity with practical problem-solving.
